Job Description

Network Manager / Dealer Business Coordinator (DBC)
Responsible for coordinating with Suzuki dealerships, monitoring dealer operations and performance, supporting business development activities, maintaining dealer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with dealers and support daily business operations

Monitor dealer performance and business activities

Maintain strong dealer relationships

Support sales, service and network development initiatives

Prepare reports and follow up on dealer requirements

Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution

Ensure company processes and guidelines are followed

Preferred: Good communication, coordination and MS Office skills. Automobile/dealer-network experience will be an advantage.
