Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall day-to-day operations of the Suzuki showroom/branch.

Monitor sales, customer service and branch performance.

Lead and guide the sales and support team to achieve business objectives.

Handle customer enquiries, complaints and escalations professionally.

Monitor showroom activities, staff performance and daily targets.

Coordinate with sales, service, CRM and other departments for smooth operations.

Maintain proper reports, records and branch documentation.

Ensure company policies, processes and dealership standards are followed.

Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

Support local marketing, promotional and business development activities.

Review sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

Ensure proper showroom discipline, presentation and customer experience.

Preferred Skills: Leadership, team management, communication, customer handling, sales coordination and basic computer knowledge. Automobile/dealership experience preferred.
