Service Technician
Job Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair company equipment/products.
Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems.
Replace faulty parts and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine service checks.
Handle customer service visits and provide technical support when required.
Maintain service reports, job cards, and records of repairs.
Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or relevant technical field.
Relevant technical experience preferred.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field service work, if required.
